In 2018, that dream became a reality with the creation of Dainty Caribbean & African Cuisine. Although the business officially opened its doors in 2018, our founder has over 26 years of experience cooking for family, friends, neighbors, and special occasions. Those years of hands-on experience have shaped every recipe and every dish we proudly serve today.
